Little Nell's fourth and final single was released in 1980 by Charisma Records subsidiary, Pre Records, for the movie ''The Alternative Miss World'', a documentary about a British drag pageant of the same name. The film's title was changed to I Wanna Be A Beauty Queen for its American home video release. Nell is in the opening sequence of the film, in which she performs this song. This single has been out-of-print for a long time and is difficult to find.
